We believe that equity is not just a commitment, but a continuous practice. In line with the Salary Transparency Law, we share our Pay Equity Report for the first half of 2026.

The data reflects an evolving scenario, with median salaries remaining closely aligned. The median indicator demonstrates balance in the salary structures. At the same time, the differences observed in average compensation do not necessarily indicate direct inequality, but rather opportunities for structural improvement — aspects that are already part of our internal analyses.
